Job Description
Our world is transforming, and PTC is leading the way. We are looking for a skilled Database Expert (DBA) to support and optimize the database layer of Codebeamer, PTC’s Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform.
Requirements
- Serve as the Oracle database authority for the product
- Design and maintain database monitoring and observability
- Proactively identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues
- Lead advanced troubleshooting of complex database problems
- Define and enforce database best practices and operational standards
- Work directly with customers to monitor, tune, and optimize on-premises/private cloud Oracle instances
