Job Description
PTC is seeking a Principal Technical Project/Program Manager to drive release execution and strategic programs/initiatives toward achieving best-in-class goals. The role involves leading complex projects, collaborating with executive leaders and subject matter experts, and driving best practices, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-12 years of experience in product development organizations
- Minimum of 5 years in Jira, Confluence & Atlassian products administration & project management role
- Good understanding and working knowledge of SDLC & Agile software product development methodology & SDLC
- Data savvy: able to interpret data and use knowledge for introducing optimization at different levels
- Working knowledge of Data Analytics tools like Power BI or OAC
- Self-starter who can earn trust and influence and motivate without authority
- Ability to work independently, as well as mentor and support more junior colleagues as needed
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems, looks beyond the obvious and can find the root of the problem
- Excellent facilitator, able to drive collaboration across the teams
- Experience driving positive change via process improvement
- Keen interest in learning new methodologies & tools
