Job Description
PTC Japan K.K. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Regional Director to lead and expand sales operations within a designated region in Japan, driving revenue growth and developing strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets and quotas.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer pipelines, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.

- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews to senior management.
