Senior Technical Writer

We are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will own end-to-end documentation for complex enterprise applications using GenAI-assisted workflows and structured authoring. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Customer Success to deliver documentation that functions as part of the product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years creating documentation for enterprise software (ERP/CRM/large-scale business applications)
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Siebel, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation with broad objectives and minimal supervision
• Strong command of information development: content planning, authoring, review, publishing
• Deep understanding of technical writing principles such as topic-based authoring, minimalism, and task-oriented design
• Experience with structured authoring, modular content development, single-sourcing, and content reuse
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
• Strong technical aptitude; able to learn complex systems quickly and accurately
• Strong time management and ability to deliver across parallel workstreams
• Hands-on experience with structured authoring tools such as Arbortext Editor
• Experience working with one or more style guides (e.g., Microsoft Manual of Style)
• Exposure to SaaS / cloud-based business applications
• Practical experience with AI-assisted writing (drafting, summarization, editing, optimization) with strong judgment and accountability
• Ability to apply AI responsibly to improve quality, consistency, speed, and reuse
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools and continuously improving documentation workflows
