Subscription Manager

The Subscription Manager is a pivotal role in driving the growth and retention of annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the Subscription Management Sales Organization. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring revenue targets are met, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese
• Ability to converse and write in basic English
• Successful record of accomplishment in a customer / partner facing quota carrying role
• Experience in Renewals, Sales, Inside Sales in a Perpetual, Subscription or SaaS technology environment
