Senior Google Workspace Engineer (m/w/d)

Public Cloud Group (PCG) is seeking a Senior Google Workspace Engineer to join their 30-strong Google Digital Workplace Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior consulting or architecture role, deep expertise in Google Workspace, and proven experience in implementing Google Gemini and other generative AI solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of proven professional experience in a senior consulting or architecture role in the enterprise environment.
• Excellent, in-depth expertise in the entire Google Workspace suite.
• Proven practical experience in implementing Google Gemini and other generative AI solutions to boost customer productivity.
• Proven success in conceiving and steering strategic change and adoption programs for large customers.
• Very solid knowledge of complex IT architectures, particularly in the areas of Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM/Zero Trust), and Networking.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual strength to quickly grasp complex technical and business challenges.
• Secure communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships at a strategic level and act as a trusted advisor.
• Relevant Google Cloud/Workspace certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Professional Collaboration Engineer) are a must or a significant advantage.
