Director of Concierge & Sales

The Director of Concierge & Sales will be responsible for managing the high-touch, high-value member Concierge team and Sales team, with a focus on asset & revenue growth, client relationships, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience working in a premier consumer finance and/or wealth management (or private banking) organization
• Track record of acquiring, building, and growing client relationships directly
• Experience working within regulatory compliance constraints to deliver business outcomes
• Ability to build processes and approaches for managing clients
• Creative problem solver on behalf of company and clients
• Independent operator
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Intellectual curiosity
