Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs for the sales teams in all our retail stores.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales or training role in the retail sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Good understanding of customer service principles and sales best practices.
• Experience in creating and delivering structured training programs.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
