We are seeking a Junior WFM Analyst to join our team and support the performance and planning functions of our customer operations.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of call center management and all WFM related calculations.
- Knowledge of various forecasting/scheduling software will be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
