Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in industry engagement, manpower development and programme management
• Background in Business & IT, Tech/Engineering disciplines or equivalent
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication (writing and presentation) skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision
• Experience in civil/public service would be an advantage
