Job Description
The Deputy Constituency Director partners with the Constituency Director to formulate and review plans for the development of Grassroots Organisations in the constituency, and anticipates and identifies needs of and outreach to residents in the constituency and supervises the planning and implementation of community programmes to strengthen communication and engagement.
Requirements
- Three years previous experience in social / community work or work in people related field
- Good co-curricular involvements and communication skills
- At least 2-3 years of managerial experience in social / community work / people related field
- Knowledge of 2nd language and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
