Job Description
The Deputy Director, Partnerships & Programmes will lead a passionate Partnerships and Programmes team at the Founders' Memorial, inspiring partners across sectors to create strategic partnerships and drive impact.
Requirements
- Background in arts, business, communications, public policy or social sciences
- 8-10 years of relevant working experience in partnership development, stakeholder/volunteer management, corporate and community engagement, event management and programming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of the English language
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Experience in developing and supervising a diverse team
- Familiarity with evaluation methods and reporting techniques
