Engineering Manager, Managed Agencies role at GovTech Singapore. Responsible for technical direction, processes, and product delivery in a modern product company environment. Working on technically challenging problems in the public sector, with a focus on healthcare, manpower transformation, trade facilitation, national development, HR and Finance products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience coaching developers
- Strong sense of what it means to be a technical leader
- Passion towards engineering excellence
- Ability to guide a team to achieve important goals
- Experience working on reasonably large, high-availability software systems
- Experience in modern full-stack web application technologies
- Experience in modern front-end engineering
- Experience in Java/TypeScript on the backend
