Job Description
The People Organization Division (POD) is hiring an HR Business Partner to work alongside division leaders to shape the workforce composition, team structure, and talent decisions of a portfolio of business units.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience with substantial time spent partnering senior business leaders
- Demonstrated track record across workforce planning, organisational design, performance management, and talent and succession
- Strategic mindset with comfort working with ambiguity and influencing leaders through credibility
- Strong judgement on sensitive people matters and maturity to navigate them with discretion
- Ability to work effectively across the HR ecosystem and partner with COEs, peers, and the business
