Job Description
The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager (Maritime Manpower) to oversee the development of maritime manpower in Singapore. The role involves formulating policies and strategies to grow a pipeline of future-ready manpower and ensuring that maritime companies can access high-quality professionals while improving workforce diversity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in managing manpower-related programmes
- Excellent communication (including written and presentation skills) and problem-solving skills
- Able to structure issues, ideas and solutions clearly and concisely
- Resourceful, analytical and meticulous
- Good time management skills
- Able to take initiative and work independently, as well as in a team
