Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support Continuing Education and Training (CET) operations and provide Personal Assistant (PA) support to the Principal of ITE College Central. Key responsibilities include managing course logistics and timetabling, coordinating with trainers, supporting performance reporting, and ensuring smooth programme delivery.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration and marketing tools
- Prior experience with process improvement and marketing projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
