Job Description
The Senior Manager, Industry Manpower Development will be responsible for developing and reviewing human capital products, partnering with industry divisions to address talent and capability development interests, and engaging with government agencies and tertiary education institutions on human capital policies and initiatives.
Requirements
- At least four years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity and interest in education, training and human capital development
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
