Job Description
The Senior Manager / Manager (Strategic Planning) will drive strategic projects and new initiatives to elevate SAA's capabilities and standing. The role involves analyzing the aviation training landscape, identifying opportunities to differentiate SAA, and driving sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in driving transformation and strategic projects
- Technical knowledge in civil aviation management (added advantage)
- Strong leadership qualities and cross-functional management skills
- Strong strategic mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills
