Senior Manager (Senior Worker Strategy and Programme Development) [NOD]

Workforce Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to develop strategies and programmes to engage community-based organisations that support Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) in their later-stage careers. The successful candidate will work closely with WSG's leadership to develop and implement initiatives that encourage PMETs in their 50s and 60s to pursue later-stage career aspirations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in areas such as community engagement, volunteer management, business development, partnerships and project/programme management
• Familiarity with the senior PMET employment landscape or community development ecosystem in Singapore.
• Strong ability to think strategically and critically
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders in both formal and informal settings
• Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to manage last minute or unexpected changes
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging internal stakeholders, community partners, and senior management.
