Senior Manager (Senior Worker Strategy and Programme Development) [NOD]

Workforce Singapore (WSG) is developing strategies and programmes to engage community-based organisations that support PMETs in their later-stage careers, and as Senior Manager, you will develop strategies and programmes to strengthen transition support for Senior Workers, such as building community capabilities, and lead the sourcing and engagement of community organisations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in community engagement, volunteer management, business development, partnerships and project/programme management
• Familiarity with the senior PMET employment landscape or community development ecosystem in Singapore.
• Strong ability to think strategically and critically
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders in both formal and informal settings
