Senior Product Manager (Contract)

Senior Product Manager role in the Data Analytics & Engineering Division of MAS, responsible for managing production systems, log analysis, and incident response, and overseeing product lifecycle management from conceptualisation to launch and ongoing operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on Day 2 operations experience managing Data Science platforms, analytics infrastructure, or similar technology systems in production environments
• Proven track record of conducting RCA and implementing both immediate fixes and strategic improvements
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience managing SLA/SLO compliance, incident management, and translating operational metrics into improvement initiatives
• Experience with observability tools, monitoring platforms, and automation frameworks
• Product management experience with understanding of full product lifecycle, particularly post-launch operational phases
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams
