The Talent Development (Scholarship and Young Talent Mgmt) position seeks to strategise and develop talent attraction initiatives to help Singapore position itself to capture opportunities in the digital economy. You will be part of HCC’s Talent Development division that manages programmes to identify and groom a pipeline of talent to drive the Digital Economy and be the next generation of leaders in the infocomm media (ICM) sector.
