Job Description
Public Storage is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its growing Legal Department as Corporate and Entity Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in entity management and a strong understanding of one or more of public company or large private company corporate governance and operations, joint venture operations and support, and commercial contracts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of paralegal experience
- Holds a bachelor’s degree
- Experience as a corporate transactional paralegal, including entity management and corporate governance
- Proficiency in using entity management software or databases
- Experience working at or with public companies, REITs
- Basic understanding of real estate documentation
- Experience gained at a regarded law firm; prior in-house public company or large private company experience preferred
