Job Description
Public Storage is seeking a Business Development Director with commercial mortgage originations experience to drive growth of its lending program.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial real estate underwriting and lending
- Deep and broad relationships within commercial real estate
- Demonstrated competency in all aspects of investment origination, evaluation, and execution
- Strong ability to build and lead teams
- Ability to make recommendations, gain buy-in and lead projects to improve the processes and efficiencies of a business team
