Senior Counsel, Corporate and Commercial

We're seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support to our business units, with a focus on corporate and commercial law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
