Job Description
Public Storage is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead a team of facilities managers responsible for delivering capital improvements and repair / maintenance to a diverse portfolio of self-storage and commercial real estate.
Requirements
- 3 years in leadership position with direct reports
- 10 years' experience in facilities management or construction project management
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, facilities management, construction management, property management, or related field
- Strong background in capital project delivery, vendor management, and multi-site portfolio management
- Experience managing high project volumes and complex, multi-trade environments
