Senior Accountant

Puget Sound Energy is looking to grow their community with top talented individuals. The company's Office of Controller team is seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to fill an open position. The role will perform complex accounting and analysis functions, under general direction, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 3+ years of directly relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and technical application
• Strong ability to effectively analyze and report on financial information
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong PC skills (including Excel, Word, Access)
