The Service Scheduling Specialist answers incoming calls to the dealership Service department, sets appointments, and maintains accurate daily logs. A successful candidate needs product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training
- Previous phone experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
