Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Licensure as a registered professional nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• DEA registration and Prescriptive Authority in the state of Washington
