Advanced Practice RN - Palouse Medical & Palliative Care

We are seeking an Advanced Practice RN to work in a Primary Care clinic and a Palliative Care clinic, with a focus on providing preventative care and managing chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a team-based environment.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in the state of Washington as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner
• Experience working in a primary care or acute care setting
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary team concepts
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, co-workers, and community partners
• Cultural competency with diverse groups
• Ability to manage time and multi-task with hard deadlines for completion of duties
• Computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to learn electronic medical record
