Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician

The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician provides brief behavioral health interventions for patients with chronic illness who's emotional and/or behavioral issues negatively impact their disease management. The BHC provides screening, triage, education, and clinical intervention services to individuals who are receiving care in the primary or specialty care clinics.

Requirements

• Masters in social work appropriate clinical licensing
• Masters in counseling with appropriate clinical licensing
• Minimum two years' experience providing therapy
• Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington
• Cultural competency with diverse groups
• Understanding of trauma informed and patient centered care models and interventions
• Competency in brief intervention models
• Ability to manage time and multi-task with hard deadlines for completion of duties
• Computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to learn electronic medical record
