Medical Assistant

Provide professional clinical support through established standards and practices to help providers and staff in coordinating efficient and safe patient care. This includes direct patient care, information gathering, and transitions of care.

Requirements

• Maintain licensure, in good standing, acceptable in the State of Washington.
• Active BLS (basic life support) certification.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform the required technical skills for a medical assistant.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform the required technical skills for specific clinic.
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology.
• Initiates and participates in activities that enhance daily operations of the clinic and organization.
• Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources appropriately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, patients, and customers.
• Strong typing skills.
• Ability to read and write clearly, and understand policies, labels, and written instructions.
