Job Description
The pharmacist ensures prompt, accurate pharmaceutical care for patients, nurses, and providers. Ensures prompt, accurate pharmaceutical care for patients, nurses, and providers. Monitors drug therapy regimens and adjusts per individual patient characteristics and needs.
Requirements
- BPharm or PharmD.
- Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington, or eligible for licensure within 2 months of hire.
- Basic computer skills.
