Mechanical Engineer - Medical Devices (f/m/d)

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take full ownership of mechanical design of PULMOTREE's proprietary product platforms, working with internal and external teams to drive concepts from idea to design freeze and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven professional experience as a mechanical design engineer (min 3y)
• Expert proficiency in SolidWorks
• Strong hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, especially in the design and optimization of plastic components
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/DFA) as well as design transfer processes
• Experience contributing to Verification & Validation (V&V) activities and preparing regulatory-relevant documentation
• Familiarity with ISO standards and other strict regulatory environments
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• German or additional languages are a plus
