Job Description
We're looking for a Manager Paid Social Advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in paid social, knows Meta and TikTok Ads Manager inside out, and has a strong instinct for creatives. They will be responsible for planning, setting up, and optimizing paid social campaigns, analyzing campaign data, and creating reports that help clients move forward.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in paid social, ideally from an agency or high growth environment
- Knowledge of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong instinct for creatives and knowledge of which formats and hooks work on which platform
- Experience with influencer whitelisting or creator ads
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, additional languages are welcome
