Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin
• Specialised training or certification in ophthalmic nursing
• Experience in scrub, recovery or anaesthetic roles within an operating theatre setting
• Strong knowledge of ophthalmic surgical procedures and anaesthesia techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
