Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Haverfordwest. You will provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients within the community, helping them recover and maintain independence.
Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist in a community or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and treatment modalities for community-based patients
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for community visits
