A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join a dedicated and supportive team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programmes.

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Proven experience in community physiotherapy
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice
