We are seeking a Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist to join our Rapid Response Integrated Care Service in Swale. The role focuses on providing specialized neuro rehabilitation services to patients within the Isle of Sheppey and Sittingbourne locality.
Requirements
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
