Consultant Psychiatrist

A Consultant Psychiatrist is sought to join a modern inpatient service providing care for adults with enduring mental health needs. The successful candidate will lead clinical decision-making, manage complex cases, and contribute to service development.

Requirements

• MRCPsych or equivalent
• CCT/CESR in General Adult Psychiatry (or senior-level experience with AC status and extensive inpatient background)
• Section 12(2) approval and Approved Clinician status
• Strong experience in acute inpatient or community mental health settings
• Confident managing complex cases and leading MDT decision-making
