Job Description
Pulse is seeking a passionate Senior Psychologist to join a leading mental health recovery service provider in Birmingham. The role involves delivering specialist assessments, formulating treatment plans, providing consultation to a multidisciplinary team, and championing the SAFE model. The position is based at a 23-bed male inpatient unit offering comprehensive staff development and holistic recovery.
Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Experience working with individuals with severe and enduring mental health diagnoses
- Strong formulation and therapeutic skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within MDT frameworks
- Experience in inpatient or complex care settings is desirable
