Job Description
PulsePoint is seeking an exceptionally skilled hands-on QA Manager to join their team. The QA Manager is responsible for managing the overall system test strategy and functions for the designated product streams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an accredited, four-year university or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance in web-based technologies
- Experience with leading a team of test engineers in their daily activities and guiding the resources on their approach
- Hands-on experience with API and database testing
- Strong understanding of web technologies and protocols and proven experience testing web application
- Excellent team communication and mentorship skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality
- Deal well with a shift in testing scope or time-sensitive requests
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and testing methodologies
