Construction Manager

PulteGroup is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities, manage customer experience, and ensure timely completion of projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing construction drawings, evaluating project schedules, and taking action to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable code. You will also be responsible for managing community performance and customer activities, completing daily inspections, and collaborating with various teams to address areas of improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of construction experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Requirements

• Oversee the scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities
• Manage customer experience throughout the entire construction process
• Ensure timely completion of projects
• Review and request modifications to construction drawings
• Evaluate project schedules and update project schedules and resources as needed
• Complete daily inspections to ensure job sites adhere to safety and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan standards
• Negotiate, create, and authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor resources as needed
• Inspect and determine whether trade partner workmanship and product quality are completed on time and within the defined scope of work
• Collaborate with various teams to address areas of improvement
