Division Assistant Controller

PulteGroup is seeking a Division Assistant Controller to support the Controller in directing the activities of the Finance Department. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reports, and a minimum of 3 years of public and/or corporate accounting experience.

Requirements

• General ledger accounting to ensure adherence with generally accepted accounting principles, internal controls and company policies and procedures
• Preparing financial forecast(s) which will include financial analysis to support Revenue, Profit, Overhead expense, and land cashflow projections
• Meeting all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements of internal and external users
• Reviewing and approving expenditures and invoices within established company guidelines
• Leading monthly reviews with Land and Finance teams to reconcile all land balances and development budgets
• Regular participation in field visits to assess and review community performance compared to expectations and physical observation of community development progress
