Division Director Land Planning & Entitlement

PulteGroup is seeking a Division Director Land Planning & Entitlement to manage land entitlement, planning, engineering approvals and permits. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent and 7-10 years of related experience.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of land entitlement, planning, engineering approvals and permits
• Coordinate the EPCOT (preliminary project planning) process across all disciplines
• Ensure accurate and timely information is communicated to sales and construction
• Provide engineering support to acquisitions for all feasibility
• Participate with other strategic Ops members in the discussion/decision of general company initiatives
• Ensure appropriate staffing to meet department needs
• Utilize recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent
• Delegate work according to employee's abilities and skills
• Evaluate employee's performance and plans for compensation actions in accordance with that performance
• Provide developmental opportunities through identification of internal and external training opportunities
• Create opportunities for employee growth
• Provide continuous coaching with regard to functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors)
