Job Description
Join PulteGroup as a Host II and be part of a team that builds homes and communities, providing the American Dream of homeownership to families for over 60 years. As a Host II, you will assist the Sales function by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
- Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office.
- Maintain sales center and model park appearance and upkeep.
- Distribute current marketing collateral and price lists to guests.
- Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant and provide community leads/updates.
- Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms.
- Assist HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director as needed.
- Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website.
- Manage all incoming leads and follow up for the community.
- Additional administrative projects requested by management including but not limited to data entry, filing, mailing, scheduling, phones and office supplies.
