Manager of Land Planning & Entitlement

We are seeking a Manager of Land Planning & Entitlement to join our team at PulteGroup, a FORTUNE 500 company and one of America's top residential builders. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing land projects through the entitlement process, working closely with Sales, Construction, and Finance teams, and collaborating with local municipalities and professional consultants.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 3 to 5 years previous related experience
