Security Coordinator

The Security Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing Puma Energy's security protocols to required standards, protecting personnel and assets at Lae Terminals and other sites in Papua New Guinea.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications or certificate in Security Management of an industrial complex
• Relevant experience as a team leader or ability to lead big groups
• Sound character with police clearance certificate
• Previous experience with private security organization, police, or military
• Good written and oral skills in English
• Bilingual in English and Pidgin (depending on location)
• Weapons handling and protection skills
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety
• Techniques to detect weapons, explosives, etc.
• High degree of patience and confidentiality of information
