The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing financial strategy, accounting, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and performance management. The role requires a balance of financial leadership, operational insight, and entrepreneurial mindset to support growth and brand innovation in the entertainment space.
Requirements
- Proven CFO (or senior finance executive) with demonstrated success in driving financial performance and growth.
- Experience in multi-unit entertainment, hospitality, or consumer-focused businesses a plus.
- Strong technical foundation in accounting, FP&A, and treasury, coupled with commercial acumen.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. as needed.
