Landscaping or Irrigation Scheduling Coordinator

Pungitore Irrigation & Fertilizer is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Scheduler Coordinator to support the landscaping, irrigation, or fertilizer/lawn care services team. The role involves managing service schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely service for clients, utilizing industry knowledge and a tech-savvy approach. Prior experience in a field service environment is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for landscaping, irrigation, or fertilizer services.
• Optimize technician routes.
• Confirm service dates.
• Use Jobber scheduling software to track appointments and job status.
• Work closely with technicians and department leads to manage schedules.
• Monitor progress and make schedule changes as needed.
• Ensure services are delivered on time.
• Maintain high client satisfaction.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, invoicing and other administrative tasks.
