Associate Corporate Counsel

Join Pura as an Associate Corporate Counsel to support the company's expanding commercial contract needs. As a high-growth consumer products and technology company, Pura is seeking a lawyer with at least two years of meaningful commercial contracts experience to draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will be a team player who balances legal risk with business objectives pragmatically and demonstrates kindness, respect, and a sense of humor.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar (Utah preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (law firm or in-house).
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage contract review and redlining.
• Strong understanding of risk allocation concepts (indemnity, limitation of liability, IP ownership, data protection, termination, etc.).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build trust with business partners through responsiveness, integrity, and sound judgment.
